Alexander Levetan
Founder and Creative Director6>
All Brand's Founder and Creative Director, Alex Levetan has been in the advertising and design industry for over 25 years. Alex cut his teeth in the multinational groups, Y&R, DDB and Ogilvy, on a broad range of blue chip brands from Shell, VW, Ford, Woolworths, SAB, Old Mutual and Vodacom. Developing close and dynamic relationships with clients and delivering first class creative are driving passions that keep Alex at the top of his game. With an undying love for all things music, movies and a dedicated family man, Alex still wakes up every morning with the same desire to create more magic.
Ian Davidson
Digital Communications Director6>
Ian Davidson has over 30 years’ experience in building brands. He has held senior positions with reputable agencies and worked in all the major communication disciplines ( Above- and Below-the Line Advertising, PR and Digital) in a strategic and managerial capacity. Before joining forces with ABNF, Ian consulted in digital communications, for a wide range of clients both locally and internationally, including the Technology Strategy Board (UK), Rhodes University and WWF. Ian is passionate about Marketing Communications, Innovation and Technology - areas he has been active in for the past 15 years.
Richard Vowles
Strategy and Copy Director6>
Richard Vowles spent his formative years with Unilever’s Liptons, Elida Ponds and Robertsons before joining The White House. He went on to become a founder member and managing partner of The Engine Room. Richard’s brand experience includes both sides of the desk, with signature clients Old Mutual, Momentum, Liquifruit, Energade, Nestle, Alpha Cement, BP Express, Engen and Distell. Developing strategies into compelling narratives are passions that keep him wired and excited. The author of two corporate histories and his own novel, Richard is happiest whilst conceptualising, writing or 4 x 4 adventuring with his family into Africa.
Craig Cockcroft
Creative Director6>
At over 100kg’s and over 30 years of experience, a real heavy-weight in the creative ring. Qualified as an automotive toolmaker at VW of South Africa, played and coached rugby professionally in Italy, worked as a builder in London, started out in advertising at Ogilvy Mather Rightford Searle-Tripp & Makin (Cape Town) 1986 with stints at FCB, Saatchi & Saatchi (Johannesburg), Alternative (Verona, Italy), Herdbuoys and Ogilvy (Cape Town). Started Jack Russell Design together with his wife, Giuliana. Joined All Brand No Flakes in 2015 to lose weight and gain more experience. Craig used to surf, has a love / ate relationship with food, enjoys art, photography and woodwork as hobbies.
Jacqui Morris
Senior Designer6>
Growing up in the small town of Plettenberg Bay, Jacqui is a 'Nature Lover' who dreams of saving the rhino or tracking desert lions in Namibia. Graduating with a degree in Visual Communication she has a hunger to design work that inspires, questions, provokes and even changes lives. By applying herself not only as a designer but as a graphic researcher, she has learnt that good design not only comes from inspiration but extensive planning and research. And while she still dreams of working in the African bush... for now she has found her happy place with a team of lads who constantly keep her on her toes. 'There is never a dull moment.' she says!
Rupert Pluck
Senior Designer6>
Rupert was born in Bermuda (which explains a bit), and grew up in South Africa. With a BA in Applied Graphics from Stellenbosch University, he has worked at a number of large and small agencies in both the UK and South Africa. He has now found a comfort zone in the All Brand studio, where he likes to think of himself as a ‘jack of all trades, master of some’. His approach to design is practical, and always focussed on the end result. While a keen follower of design and technology, Rupert is at his happiest sipping a fine IPA around a fire with friends. Other loves include family, photography, fine fabrics, lots of very good music, gardening, and slow hikes anywhere.
Dexter Wilton
Junior Designer6>
From the lightly salted air of humble Muizenberg, ABNF's youngest, Dexter, is being sculpted by industry heavy weights, which by no means weigh him down. He is quite light on his feet, being a track and field athlete. With hard work and dedication (and a bit of OCD) embedded in his bones and equipped with calves of steel, he is able to stay grounded and composed, delivering to the best of his ability, reassuring everyone that, while he is quick, he is meticulous at what he does. Always on his mark and ready to go, with a passion for design and roots deep into sport, gaming, fashion and technology, he surely brings the 'Yellow' of 'Youthfulness' to the ABNF team.
